Dhea's Potato Camarones

This is really good !



It has alot of fresh vegetables _ which is always a big plus!
If you have kids , you can always get them involved in the veggie-preparation process (never with a sharp object though!) this can be fun for them and a big help to you!


Anyway, here is the recipe- enjoy

Ingredients for sauces :
1. 1/2 onion cut thin slice.
2. 4 cloves of garlic chops.
3. Oregano 1/2 tsp.
4. 1 tsp grated parmesan cheese.
5. 3 tbsp margarine/butter.
6. 3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese.
7. 1 tsp vinegar.
8. salt.
9. Black pepper.
10. 1 cup of hunts spaghetti sauces.
11. Pinch of sugar.
12. 3 tbsp cooking oil.
13. crushed pepper.
14. 1 cup of water.


Instructions :

1. Heat cooking oil than sauté onion and garlic until golden brown.


2. Pour Spaghetti sauce mix with vinegar, water also add salt and pinch of sugar, black

pepper just enough to taste.


3. add the rest of ingredients; a pinch of crushed pepper, oregano and at the end add

butter, grated parmesan and cheddar cheese.

Vegetables;

1. Potatoes cut dice than deep fry till golden brown put a side.
2. dice carrots.
3. mushrooms .
4. celery sticks.

When the sauces ready put the carrots , celery sticks and mushroom until start to cooked than mix with cooked potatoes.

served with warm white rice. Yummy

    anyway, this is the only blog that has her cute little daughter helping out in the kitchen as well. bet ya, she will be a great chef one day... better tahn you :)

    never tried a western ingredient mix veggie before, especially with rice.. the three of you are very creative. have a wonderful day
