This is Dhea's fried rice, which I can vouch is very yummy! Try it- you wont be sorry......Here is the recipe:
This is the recipe for Fried rice :
Cooked Rice
Ingredients :
1. 1/2 Onion chops' fine.
2. 4 cloves garlic chops' fine.
3. Black pepper.
4. Soya sauces.
5. salt.
6. pinch sugar.
7. 3 table spoon of vegetables oil.
Vegetables :
1 .Mushrooms
2. Celery stick cut small longwise ( small stick )
3. Carrot cut small longwise ( small stick )
4. 1 corn cut ( kernels )
Saute onion and garlic until it turns a slightly brown color. Then put all
the vegetable mix in it. After that mix rice with itand also put soya sauce
( depending and on your taste ) add little bit salt ,
pinch of sugar to balance the taste and small amount of black pepper.
As soon as you stir and mix for about 8 minutes, it will be ready to serve!
